Prices and fees

Our aim is to establish a long-term relationship with our much valued clients and associates so we offer our registration and consultancy at very competitive rates.

Our standard registration package (not including nominee services) for registering a Cyprus International Business Company costs €1899, including disbursements (and €2399 for an already registered shelf company). See 'Registration Package' page for details of exactly what this includes.

Our nominee services cost €350 for each nominee service provided (ie. shareholder, director, secretary, registered office) per year. These fees are recurring expenses which will be payable every year.

Apostilling of a document: €120

Opening of a tax file for the company: €200

Tax residence certificate with apostille: €250

Registering the company for VAT: €300

Mail forwarding for one year: €220

Corporate seal: €45

Opening of a bank account, including arranging online banking and a debit card: €400

All of the above prices are exclusive of 15% VAT, which will be added to the price.
